American Labor Services, Inc. guarantees all of its customers that American Labor Services, Inc. is solely responsible for supplying qualified labor to your firm. In addition we make the following promises to you in writing:

• We guarantee our workers will satisfy you, or the first two hours are on us.
• We guarantee that we comply with all Federal and State Immigration and Naturalization Laws.
• We guarantee that we provide workmen's compensation and liability
  insurance for the labor supplied naming you as an additional insured.
• We guarantee that we meet all reporting regulations and comply with payment for all employee and employer payroll deductions both State and Federal.
• We guarantee that we pay all Department of Employment Training and Social Security payments as required by State and Federal law.
• We guarantee that we pay each laborer a weekly wage which meets or exceeds State and Federal minimum wage requirements.
• We guarantee that we will hold each and every one of our Clients harmless and fully indemnify each and every Client for any breach of these promises by the American Labor Services, Inc.

WE GUARANTEE all of this and more in our written contract with you. No other Temporary Employment Agency will do this for you.
